Rick Steadman

Rick Steadman is a trained actor, improviser, and storyteller with over 25 years of professional experience. He's appeared on Marvel's Agent Carter and Criminal Minds, in several feature films (notably as a zombie George Washington in the horror-comedy Presidents Day,) and in over a dozen national commercials. He's also performed in scripted productions at Theatre of NOTE, Sacred Fools Theater, Son of Semele, and others. An experienced improviser, Rick is CSz Los Angeles's Director of Adult Education and Rec League Director, and has been a Main Company player there since 2003. He's also current member of the Impro Theatre LAB ensemble, and one of the co-creators and cast of Sonder, the Improvised Podcast (available on Apple, Spotify, and other podcast platforms.) He's improvised around LA in the improvised HG Wells show Fantastic Tales, as half of the two-person show One-Person Show, and has taught and improvised as a guest of a bunch of improv theatres and companies around the US. Rick completed Master classes in Acting and Directing Shakespeare at Shakespeare's Globe, London and with the RSC in Stratford-Upon-Avon, and graduated from Gonzaga University with degrees in Theatre, History, and German, and a minor in Philosophy.
