I am Richard Crossman, Canadian actor, voice actor, audiobook narrator, and Santa Claus, with decades of stage and on-screen experience as well as interactive theatre, opera and musical theatre work. I have played good guys and villains, rarely a hero, but often a sidekick or a foil. I love a wide variety of audiobooks, and my years of teaching experience have given me the opportunity to narrate several non-fiction books on topics like spirituality, self-help, and thesis-type books. I have participated in multi-cast audiobooks, including one of ghost stories and another on creativity and artists, which has been nominated for 2 awards. I have experience in medical and technical narration, along with nearly 20 authentic accents and dialects garnered from my grandparents, my classical French culinary training and pastry work and my opera training. As a lifelong learner, I am always eager to take on new subjects and genres. I love creating characters from Professor Snooty Pants, who lectures at Oxbridge University to one of Santa's elves, a French Pastry chef, a cowboy, or a 5-year-old child.
