In college, I double majored in Literature and Writing and minored in Linguistics with the intention of becoming a developmental editor. My deepest desire was to partner with authors to help them make their stories the best they could possibly be. Through this, I gained a deep understanding of the time and diligence you put into each and every word. I learned about the delicate, connotative nuance that you work so hard to craft. I studied the fascinating diversity of regional dialects and accents.

My biggest regret is letting fear keep me from studying performing arts, but a few years ago, I decided that fear would no longer rule my life. I have since had many hours of workshops and private instruction from such coaches as award-winning audiobook narrators Joel Froomkin, Elise Arsenault, and Emily Lawrence; dialect coach Chris Lang; and accent and vocal technique coach Amanda Quaid.
