2026 Voice Arts Awards (SOVAS) winner for "Outstanding Audiobook Narration - Faith-Based or Metaphysical, Best Voiceover." In one way or another, I’ve been a storyteller for most of my professional life: initially as an actor (BFA in Theater; study with Herbert Berghof and Aaron Frankel of HB Studio in NYC, and Paul Sills of Chicago’s “Second City”), and later as a creative writer (plays, advertising/marketing copy, speechwriting). My overlapping long career as an international marketing exec developed my skill in how to spin a story and a keen understanding of message development and prioritization. That, combined with my theatrical training, informs my script interpretation for voice-over/narration assignments. I enjoy delving into a script to bring its meaning forward, engaging listeners to hear the author’s “voice” through my interpretation.
