Candace Fitzgerald

Engaging, Professional, Storyteller with general US accent.

SAG/AFTRA and AEA professional narrator and actress. Candace is passionate about the audiobook art form and loves to bring a story to life. A New York based narrator, she brings her eclectic experiences to her reads with a musicality that is all her own. Her experience as a Music Therapist, High School Chorus Teacher and Musical Theatre Director help to inform her fiction reads and make her perfect for genres from self development to drama & poetry.

Candace completed the conservatory program at the prestigious Circle in the Square Theatre School and graduated Elizabethtown College with a B.S. in Music Therapy. In addition to her love of books and acting, music has always been a part of her life. Adept at singing, playing piano and violin (she almost became a concert violinist before catching the acting bug!), Candace also dabbles with the guitar and mandolin.

Her lifelong love of music had fine tuned her ear to create a beautiful listening experience. She focuses on the authors truth to produce a professional and engaging delivery.

Candace's voice is described as warm, humorous, energetic and quirky.
