Born and raised in the small town ski resort mountain community of Summit County Colorado, Tom Miller is a ski- and snowboard filmaker, world class investor, business professional, snowboarder, competitive pinball player. As a ski- and snowboard film maker, Miller has filmed and appeared on many national and international sports and television networks including ESPN, ESPN 2, Fox Sports Net, History Channel, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, RSN, RSNX, and Altitude. He has also coached and advised professional and Olympic snow-boarders.

Trail Map to Retirement is the author's advice to a younger version of himself. Targeting pre-retirement ski and snow-board enthusiasts, the book helps devotees of the slopes plan for a retirement of activity and comfort on the slopes of Colorado and beyond.
